Blake Galbraith, PT, DPT, Cert. DN is a Rexburg local and grew up working at a family-owned business, Interwest Cabinet. Blake graduated from Madison High School, served an LDS mission in Fort Worth, TX, and attended BYU-I where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Management Finance. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro University in Nevada. Dr. Galbraith is also certified in dry needling, and trained in spinal manipulation therapy. He enjoys camping, Jeeping, snow skiing, horseback riding, and anything he and his wife Sarah, son McCoy and their dog Kozmo can do together. Dr. Galbraith is the owner of Boost Physical Therapy in Rexburg and he is excited to help get you back to doing what you love.

Once you come in for an assessment your physical therapist will be able to prescribe how long, and how often you may need treatment. Your commitment to follow the prescribed treatment plan will impact your long term results and pain relief.

Patients may notice muscle tenderness or residual soreness following a physical therapy session. These are normal side effects, which will lessen in time, and mean your treatment is working. Always be upfront about the pain you feel during or after therapy, so your physical therapist can adjust your treatment as needed.
